MEMBERSHIP LEASE INFORMATION

In addition to regular membership purchase, Salinas Golf & Country Club also offers the unique option of leasing a membership on a one-time basis for a period not to exceed twelve months.  As a leasing member of the Club you are afforded all the same privileges associated with a certificated (equity share) membership except for voting on any Club ballot measure.

Leasing a membership requires a $1,000 non-refundable lease fee, which would also apply toward the purchase of a membership at the conclusion of the twelve-month lease period. Should the lessee not wish to purchase a membership at the end of the term, there is no further obligation other than settlement of the final billing to close the account.

During the period of the lease the lessee pays the regular monthly dues of $410 per month as well as meeting the minimum-spending requirement for food and beverage of $225 per calendar quarter. Lessees are not responsible for any special assessments mandated during the term of the lease.
