MEMBERSHIP LEASE INFORMATIONIt is recommended that all who are interested in membership apply for the Full Family Membership because at this time it offers the best value and with no time requirement or length of membership requirement. Leasing a membership requires a $1,000 non-refundable lease fee, which would also apply toward the purchase of a membership at the conclusion of the twelve-month lease period. Should the lessee not wish to purchase a membership at the end of the term, there is no further obligation other than settlement of the final billing to close the account. During the period of the lease the lessee pays the regular monthly dues of $430 per month as well as meeting the minimum-spending requirement for food and beverage of $225 per calendar quarter. Lessees are not responsible for any special assessments mandated during the term of the lease. Please see the Club Manager for any additional information. |
